Twice member Nayan has officially become a building owner in Seoul's prestigious Chiongdam Dong neighborhood, purchasing land and a building for 9.5 billion one, approximately $7 million. The property, which transferred ownership on August 24th, features a two-story structure with a basement spanning about 66 Pyong, or roughly 2,300 square feet. Industry experts note the property's prime corner location at the intersection of two roads significantly increases its value and potential uses, with the area surrounded by luxury residences, entertainment companies, galleries, and high-end fashion boutiques. This marks Nyon's second major real estate investment, following her 3,900 million one purchase of a luxury home in Nongyon Dong back in 2024, demonstrating the 30-year-old idol's savvy approach to wealth management.

Lay Ceropheme is making a swift return with their second single album, Made My Night, set for release on September 11th, just four months after their previous comeback. The new album captures this special chemistry that makes nights memorable between people, with the agency releasing a neon-lit logo motion video featuring symmetrical silhouettes of two figures with their heads together, symbolizing different individuals harmonizing as one. The promotional rollout includes a highlight medley on September 7th and a music video teaser on September 8th, with the full music video dropping at midnight on September 11th, followed by the digital and physical release at 1 p.m. Les Serafim will wrap up their Japanese tour with performances at Marine Mese Fukuoka Hall A on September 2nd and 3rd before launching their Korean comeback activities. Broadcaster JTBC has officially entered corporate rehabilitation proceedings after the Seoul Rehabilitation Court approved the decision on August 28th, ending the company's autonomous restructuring support program that began in June. The court cited multiple factors contributing to JTBC's financial difficulties, including the growth of streaming platforms following the pandemic, rising production costs for talent fees and staff salaries, and a shrinking broadcast advertising market. Additional strain came from large-scale expenditures for Olympic broadcasting rights and broader liquidity issues affecting the parent Jungang group. Despite the rehabilitation proceedings, JTBC confirmed that all currently airing variety shows, including I Know Bros, Please Take Care of My Refrigerator, and Divorce Deliberation Camp, will continue without interruption, while upcoming dramas starring Kim Hyang-ee, An Heo Seop, and An Bo hyun remain on schedule for their planned release dates through December.
