SPEAKER_00Originally released in August 2024, this dynamic anthem just hit number one on Milan's top 100 nearly two years later, proving the timeless appeal of its addictive sound. Such a powerful track that's dominating the charts alongside their new release, Pretty Girl. Now back to more news.
SPEAKER_03BTS faces a copyright infringement lawsuit over their hit song Swim, with three composers claiming the track violates their original work. Songwriters Steve Cooper, John Sandler, and Graylin Johnson filed the lawsuit in California Central District Court against Hybe, Big Hit Music, Artist Publishing Group, and Ryan Tedder, alleging they completed a demo titled Swim in March 2025, and shared it with APG, who then allegedly passed it to co-composer Derek Milano. The plaintiffs claim similarities in harmonic structure, melodic progression, repeated eighth note rhythms, and even the lyrical theme of watching someone swim. Big hit music has strongly denied the allegations, stating they've confirmed from the creators that swim is an independent work and will respond vigorously through legal proceedings. While BTS continues their Ah Ray Rung tour in Munich and Paris before heading to New York for the city performances.
SPEAKER_00Both agencies confirmed to news sources that the couple recently broke up and decided to remain good colleagues and seniors in the industry. The two first met in 2012 as MCs on SBS's Inky Gayo and maintained a friendship for ten years before developing romantic feelings in 2022. Sources close to the couple revealed that their busy schedules led to fewer meetings, ultimately resulting in their decision to part ways, with Lee Jong-suke preparing for the Disney Plus series Remarried Empress and the drama Lee Siop's Romance, while Ayu focuses on her new album and a September concert at Goyang Stadium after rapping NBC's 21st Century Grand Prince's wife.

The transformation has sparked intense fan interest, as Wanhee had previously mentioned she resembles her older brother, leading fans to speculate about her siblings' handsome visuals with comments like, Hum her, her real brother must be incredibly good looking. And the power of genetics is fascinating. Beyond the striking visual change, Wanhee impressed viewers with her acting skills, perfectly recreating the rough Yankee dialect, swaggering walk, and signature hunched shoulder poses while exploring local family restaurants, attempting street pickup scenarios and showing off powerful vocals at karaoke.
SPEAKER_00NCT's Jeeyun returns with a heartfelt solo ballad that offers comfort through imperfection. The singer releases his single, 99 degrees, at 6 p.m., featuring delicate piano melodies that build into rich instrumental sounds carried by warm vocals. The song's message centers on discovering complete love within the incompleteness of 99 degrees rather than perfect 100 degrees, with the music video poetically depicting Jee Hyun's journey of letting go of perfectionism and embracing imperfection. Jeehyun expressed his hope that the song becomes a small comfort in the lives of NCD Zens and all listeners, wishing everyone a healthy and happy summer.
SPEAKER_03is embroiled in a plagiarism controversy with detailed musical analysis revealing striking similarities to an unreleased demo, news sources obtained the lawsuit, filed in California court, and conducted extensive analysis comparing How Sweet to One of a Kind, a demo created by four American songwriters, including Audrey Amacoast, who were commissioned by Pulse Music to create a top line for an instrumental track from Barner. The production team led by Min Hee-Jin's associate Kim Kihun. The analysis reveals identical note progressions, rhythm patterns, use of tension notes outside the B flat minor scale, and descending melodic structures in the key sections, with both songs sharing the exact sequence of F F E flat E flat B flat and E flat. The songwriters claim they submitted their top line to Bana through Pulse Music, received positive feedback, but were told it wouldn't be used, only to hear their melody in How Sweet four months later. With a door stating they're currently reviewing the situation while Bana representatives could not be reached for comment.
