Girl Group Isis NA is making a powerful statement with their third mini album, Set the Tempo, released today. Japanese boy group AON shared their excitement after making their debut at the 2026 Webers Con Festival on June 7th. The Hive subsidiary J. Connet group performed a special band live set at Olympic Park's 88 Grass Field, marking their first Korean festival appearance. Esperes their impressive Billboard Chart performance with their second full album, Lemonade, debuting at number nine on the Billboard 200. This marks the group's third time entering the chart's top 10, following previous successes with Girls and My World. According to Luminate data, Lemonade recorded 41,000 album units during the tracking period, with 34,500 in pure album sales. The album, released nearly two years after their previous full-length release, features the title track Lemonade, alongside tracks like WDA and Can't Help Myself.

SM Entertainment's Rising Group. Rise is heating up summer with their second mini album, 2, dropping June 15th with the title track Do Your Dance. The upbeat dance track combines hip-hop beats with electronic pop sounds, featuring a signature hand gesture choreography to the lyrics Do Your Dance Like a Pro. Notably, the song's lyrics were written solely by Haru Li, the daughter of rapper Tableau and actress Kahang He Jung, marking another step in her emerging songwriting career after previously co-writing with her father. The album includes six tracks total: Soar, Dee Dunn, Overdrive, Like a Bomb, and In a Loop.

Boy Next Door is making their most personal statement yet, with their first full album, Home, released today at 6 p.m. All members participated extensively in the album's creation, spending three hours in conversation for every four hours of work, sharing everything from daily life to family matters and honest feelings about their fans. The title track Viral deliberately follows classic K-pop formulas from the past, featuring a full structure with a serene bridge followed by high notes and a dance break, as the members felt this traditional approach could paradoxically become their unique identity. The album traces their journey from trainee days at practice room 0607 through debut, with member Myung Jai-hyun explaining that their final destination and true home is ultimately their fandom one door.

Acclaimed director Na Hongjin is returning this summer with his highly anticipated film Hope, confirmed for a July 15th theatrical release. The film, which was invited to the 79th Cannes Film Festival competition section, has already been pre-sold to over 200 countries and territories worldwide, receiving enthusiastic reviews from international critics following its world premiere. Set in the demilitarized zone at Hopoport, the story follows Ao Po's chief Pyomseok, played by Huang Zhu Hangmin, after he hears reports of a tiger siding from local youth. The 160-minute film, rated for ages 15 and up, will open in North America this September after the director spent additional time enhancing the CG effects following the CAN screening.
