Her long, toned legs and radiant complexion drew admiration from fans, with one playfully commenting that even if she were picking her nose, she'd still look beautiful. Kahang Min Kyukung continues to captivate audiences with her down-to-earth charm and natural beauty, proving why she remains a beloved figure in Korean entertainment.
SPEAKER_00Former idol Su In Young is making headlines with her dramatic lifestyle transformation, revealing she sold off her once-prized luxury collection worth millions. On her YouTube channel, Reformed Sue In Young, on April the 29th, she disclosed that her first marriage sofa cost nearly 25 million one, though she later purchased a replacement for just 3 million one at a discount furniture outlet. The singer, who famously called her designer bags and shoes her babies, has been gradually selling them off to second-hand shops, admitting she grew to dislike the items that once defined her image. Sue, In Young, who took a hiatus following staff mistreatment controversies, is now focusing on cooking content and a more modest lifestyle as part of her comeback journey.
SPEAKER_01Singer Lim Young-Woong has secured a top three position in the April 2026 star brand reputation rankings, demonstrating his enduring influence in the entertainment industry. According to the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute's analysis of over 262 million data points collected between March 29th and April 29th, Lim Young-Wong achieved a total brand reputation index of approximately 6.67 million. SPEAKER_00SM Entertainment has won a major legal victory against the notorious cyber wrecker Taldeok Suyongso with the Seoul Central District Court ordering total damages of 170 million won on April 22nd. The court ruled that the channel's videos negatively impacted public perception of Esper, EXO and Red Velvet, awarding 130 million one to the artists and 30 million one to the company. The judgment recognized that the artists' images and reputations are core assets of the company, and the malicious content caused substantial harm to business operations. This follows previous losses for Taldeyuk Su Yongso in lawsuits filed by Ives Jangwan Young and BTS members Phi and Junkuk, with the Supreme Court confirming a two-year prison sentence with three years probation and a fine of$211 million won in January.
SPEAKER_01Choisung Yoop expressed that it feels like a stopped clock has started moving again, while Zhou Wansung explained they focused on maintaining Lucy's unique color while exploring diverse musical styles. The album explores the journey of finding childlike innocence within harsh reality, with Xin Ye Chan reflecting on the special moments performing in front of fans and achieving dreams step by step. The band will showcase their upgraded sound at their ninth concert, Lucy Island, on May 16th and 17th at KSPO Dome, their first time performing at the prestigious venue, which they describe as a dream stage for any band.
SPEAKER_00The achievement, announced on April 29th, also saw them reach number 75 on the Billboard Artist 100 chart and place multiple tracks on the Billboard Global chart, excluding the US, including title track Born Savage. The album has been a domestic success as well, surpassing 1.25 million copies in first week sales according to HunterChart, and reaching number two on Mellon's top 100 chart shortly after its April 13th release. This milestone demonstrates the growing global acceptance of virtual artists in the K-pop industry and Plav's ability to compete with traditional idol groups on major international charts.
SPEAKER_01Gravity is confronting their inner anxieties head-on with their eighth mini album, Redefine, released as they approach their contract renewal period in their sixth year. Rather than hiding their fears about the future, the group chose to openly share their struggles, believing that vulnerability creates deeper connections with audiences. Leader Hyong Jun explained that while they've shown bright concepts before, they wanted to reaffirm their identity as performity by showcasing their powerful performance strengths. The album's concept photos balance darkness with hope, particularly the reversion, which represents their bright future. While the music video incorporates symbolism from Greek mythology's Uroboros to represent rebirth and features an homage to the occult film The Priests.

Forbes highlighted on April 28th that the group maintains their refreshing, energetic boyhood pop sound while showing significant growth in their direct approach to love and romance. British magazine Clash noted that, rather than confining themselves to a fixed image, RISE continues building their identity through accumulated experiences and time, with increasingly clear messaging about their artistic vision. American media outlet Sweetie High praised their expansion into house and RB styles, while Bandwagon Asia declared that RISE doesn't follow trends but creates them, consistently upgrading with each album release.
