In a developing legal dispute, entertainment company 100 Label and platform Nomers are locked in a blame game over the cancellation of the Boys' online concert streaming contract. Nomers claims they received a unilateral breach notice from 100 label after paying for exclusive streaming rights, while 100 label counters that Nomers' unstable streaming system and poor communication made them unreliable partners. The agency pointed to past server failures during live streams with only 1,000 concurrent viewers, and Nomers' refusal to improve their infrastructure as reasons for terminating the agreement. 100 Label has announced plans to pursue all legal measures against what they call malicious claims and distortion of facts. This controversy comes amid ongoing tensions between the boys members and their agency over contract disputes, though the group has committed to fulfilling their upcoming concert scheduled for April 24th through 26th at KSPO Dome in Seoul. Dancer Barter has firmly denied rumors of overlapping relationships following his public confirmation of dating broadcaster Ji Yeh Yoon. His agency, ARA Entertainment, issued a statement clarifying that claims about Barter dating someone for six years before immediately moving on to Ji Yehun are completely false and groundless. The company emphasized that Barter has never been in a six-year relationship, and that his previous relationship ended three years ago, not recently as online posts suggested. The rumors gained traction after old community posts from July of last year resurfaced following the couple's relationship announcement on April 13th. The agency warned of strong legal action against the spread of false information, stating they will protect both the artist and fans from malicious rumors.
