SPEAKER_00We're your hosts bringing you all the hottest updates from the K-pop and K drama world.
SPEAKER_01Today is March 28th, 2026, and we've got some incredible stories to share with you.
SPEAKER_00Let's dive right in.
SPEAKER_01Singer Lynn has captured public attention with an emotional social media post following her divorce. On March 27th, she shared a contemplative message about sitting in a cafe, trying to accept that the person who once said, Let's see each other at home is no longer there. The post included a melancholic song by Bonja titled, If It's Real, Then I'll Stay. Which seemed to reflect her current emotional state. Lin, who married fellow singer Li Su in 2014, finalized her divorce in August of last year after nearly a decade of marriage.
SPEAKER_00Group Naoze is celebrating their second anniversary with their first ever fan concert today, March 28th, at Myonghua Live Hall in Seoul's Yongdongpo district. The five-member group consisting of Hyunbin, Yoon, Yoon Wu, Jin Yuk, and Siyun will showcase the powerful live vocals and high-end performances that have earned them recognition on global stages and at award ceremonies. The concert will feature beloved tracks from their discography, along with never-before-seen performances, plus special fan interaction segments and a high-bye session after the show. Following their recent rebranding and Japanese debut earlier this month with the EP Nause, the group continues expanding their global presence with an upcoming appearance at ASEA 2026 at Saitama's Baluna Dome in May. Fender.
SPEAKER_01Hollywood Legends. Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway are heading to Korea next month to promote The Devil Wears Prada 2. The two stars will arrive on April 8th for promotional activities, marking Meryl Streep's first ever official visit to Korea and Anne Hathaway's first return in eight years since 2018. They'll appear on TVN's popular variety show, You Quiz on the Block, where they'll share behind-the-scenes stories from the film and personal anecdotes that have never been revealed before. The highly anticipated sequel, which reunites the original cast including Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci, with director David Frankel, is set for a global release on April 29th.
SPEAKER_00Singer and actress Nana will face her alleged attacker in court next month as a witness in an ongoing robbery case. The Weijongbu District Court's Namyangju branch has scheduled the third trial hearing for April 21st, where both Nana and her mother will testify against the 30-something male suspect identified as Mr. A. The suspect, who broke into Nana's home last November and threatened her and her mother with a weapon, has been denying most charges and claiming he only intended theft, not robbery. After Mr. A countersued Nana for attempted murder, alleging her self-defense actions were excessive, police dismissed those claims with a no-charges decision, prompting Nana to file a false accusation lawsuit against him.
SPEAKER_01Our featured song today is X Room by X-Dinary Heroes, a pre-release track from their upcoming mini album, Dead And. This vintage ballad beautifully captures the fading moments of a relationship with poignant lyrics and heartfelt melodies that showcase the band's songwriting depth. Here's a preview.
SPEAKER_00The album topped both the official album's Top 100 and the official vinyl albums chart, marking their third number one album in the UK following Map of the Soul persona and Map of the Soul 7. Swim debuted at number 2 on the official single's Top 100, surpassing their previous peak of number 3 with Dynamite and Butter to set a new team record. On Spotify, the group dominated the weekly top album, top song, and top artist global charts, with Swim recording the highest weekly streams of any song released this year at approximately 82 million plays, while also tying a longest charting record on the weekly top artist global chart at 232 consecutive weeks alongside Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, Billy Eilish, and Justin Bieber.
SPEAKER_01Rapper Bed Judah Chui has addressed the controversy surrounding lyrics from Show Me the Money Twelve that sparked speculation about election fraud allegations. On March 27, Bed Jabakhuai clarified that the missing lyrics on music streaming platforms were his own decision to emphasize certain words, firmly denying claims that the content had been censored. The controversy erupted after Guan Osun's track WIN featured Biuechui's verse with the phrase Xiongwanui, which listeners interpreted as sounding similar to Sion Guan Hui, a shortened form of the Central Election Management Committee, leading to accusations of promoting election fraud conspiracy theories. Other politically charged lyrics in the song, including references to equality over freedom and comprehensive income tax, have further fueled a debate about whether the performance carried political messaging.
SPEAKER_00Rapper Doc Two and singer Lee High have become the talk of the entertainment industry, following reports that they've been dating for approximately five years. The couple, who first collaborated in 2016 on MBC's Infinite Challenge with the song Like, recently launched a joint label called 808 High Recordings and released their duet single, You and Me on March 28th at 6 p.m. Industry sources described their relationship as deeply committed, with the romance being an open secret within the hip-hop scene. And fellow rappers Sleepy and Dinden publicly congratulated the couple with Sleepy commenting, Let's go get married. The music video for you and me features intimate moments between the two, showing them gazing at each other and sharing close physical proximity while they celebrated the release together via livestream, displaying their affectionate relationship openly.
SPEAKER_01The five-member group consisting of Sirin, Haru, Summer, Soy, and Yuni appeared on both Relay Dance and Move to Performance segments on March 27th to showcase their debut track Museum. In the Relay Dance video, the members broke away from traditional choreography formations by playfully interacting with each other and displaying strong team chemistry while dressed in preppy looks. Their Move to Performance video featured the group in comfortable practice attire, recreating a rehearsal studio atmosphere, with their powerful yet detailed dance moves earning high praise from fans for the immersive viewing experience.
SPEAKER_00Performance Powerhouse ITs is holding their first ever solo concert in Macau today, March 28th, as part of their ongoing In Your Fantasy World Tour. The tour, which launched in July of last year at Inchon's Inspire Arena, has already traveled through 12 North American cities and three Japanese cities, with plans to expand further across Asia and Australia. This marks a particularly special milestone as it's IT's debut solo concert in Macau, following successful first-time performances in Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur, where they captivated audiences with individual member stages and hit song performances featuring their signature high-quality production. The group will wrap up their world tour with a finale show in Bangkok on April 4th, before appearing at the third Asia Star Entertainer Awards at Saitama's Balunadome on May 17th.
SPEAKER_01That wraps up today's episode of K-Buzz.
