Revenue fell 1.5% to $5.4 bil, but topped projections. Sales of mobile devices fell 6%, and sales of home products, including set-top boxes, fell 13%. Enterprise mobile computing sales rose 10%. It sees Q3 EPS of 10-12 cents, the midpoint above views. Motorola slid 1% to 7.61. |

| U.S. accuses Oracle of overbilling

Investor's Business Daily - The Justice Dept. filed a civil suit against the enterprise software maker for allegedly overcharging the gov't on contracts worth hundreds of millions of dollars. The agency says Oracle (NMS:ORCL) failed to offer the gov't the same discounts that it offered commercial customers. The claims were originally made by former Oracle exec Paul Frascella. Oracle fell 2.4% to 23.70. |
